Experienced Legal Director to join Abions Danish IP Team in Copenhagen

On behalf of Abion Denmark, PBO is looking for an experienced Legal Director (qualified to appear before court in Denmark) dedicated to providing expert legal advice, client and business development

What You’ll Do

As a Legal Director in the Trademark team, you will engage directly with clients’ portfolios and provide expert legal advice, representation and strategic development of our trademark portfolio.

You have proven skills and abilities in clients’ development and business development and you’re probably on a partner’s track (senioradvokat + 8-10 års erfaring eller associeret partner).

Who you are

We are looking for a Legal Director with an open and positive mindset and the will to deal with people locally and across borders with colleagues in other countries and cultures. In the position as Legal Director you must efficiently lead and develop Abions Danish IP Team which entails the following qualities and qualifications:

• 8-10 years of qualified experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and extensive experience
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients
• Leadership, Mentorship and Team Collaboration skills
• Proactive approach in participating in training, professional development opportunities, and ongoing learning initiatives
• Tec minded

The legal team supports the whole global Abion organization so fluent English orally and in writing is a prerequisite. Our contracts are predominantly in English, so good English drafting skills are important.
