Property or Asset Manager to join CapMan Real Estate

CapMan Real Estate is a Nordic private equity real estate fund manager operating from its offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen and London. We execute value-add and income strategies focusing mainly on office and residential investments in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. We make great investments by underwriting each deal with case-specific business plans, with prudent fundamental business assumptions and by executing the transactions effectively and efficiently. CapMan Real Estate is a team of over 40 dedicated professionals in the field of investment, asset management and property management and we manage assets of more than €2.5 billion in our real estate funds.
As Property Manager and ESG Analyst, your areas of responsibility will include e.g. execution of RE business plans, monitoring construction projects, development and execution of ESG initiatives, optimizing residential occupancy and rental income, involvement in executing RE transactions, investor reporting. The tasks and responsibilities can be adjusted to fit your level of experience.
Who we are looking for
CapMan Real Estate is looking for a Property Manager or Asset Manager - preferably with insight into and knowledge of analyzing and improving compliance with ESG, including the preparation of gap analyzes, uncovering compliance levels and identifying problem areas.
For the purpose of this recruitment CapMan Real Estate has retained PBO Juridisk Rekruttering to conduct this search for the right candidate on behalf of CapMan.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar tasks, e.g. from a property company, construction company or in project management. Ideally, you have the following qualifications, skillsets and interests:
- Degree in real estate economics, engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience in managing residential or commercial real estate
- Prior experience in managing construction projects and third-party project managers
- Strong interest in and prior experience with ESG initiatives and GRESB certifications
- Capability to work in a structured manner and manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously while keeping track of the bigger picture
- Commercially oriented, ambitious, self-driven and solution-focused mindset
- Positive team player attitude and proactiveness
- Excellent skills in MS Office tools and especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Danish and English
