On behalf of Saxo Bank PBO Juridisk Rekruttering is looking for a responsible PA to Group CFO & Board Secretary.
Your most important responsibilities are to function as a key sounding board and trusted employee as well as handle overall board secretary tasks, and for this part you will work closely with the General Counsel.
Both roles will require management of confidential business and personnel information and includes profound knowledge of the organisation (i.e., financial processes, authorisation processes etc.).
Globally, the department covers the traditional Finance and Legal disciplines from an end-to-end perspective – covering day to day tasks, development projects as well as the foundation within Technology. Overall, the function has approximately 200 employees across the world.
Your overall responsibilities will include - but are not limited to the following:
⚫️ Provide secretarial support in general
⚫️ Schedule/coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
⚫️ Edit, proofread, format, and produce documents
⚫️ Enter data and file/archive paper and electronic documents
⚫️ Receive/relay telephone messages from internal and external sources, manage the time/interactions which the executives have with internal and external sources
⚫️ Occasionally research and draft/make basic authoring of documents, correspondence and presentations
⚫️ Obtain and organise information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive
As Board Secretary, your overall responsibilities will include - but are not limited to the following:
⚫️ Prepare agendas and ensure timely distribution of board materials before each meeting
⚫️ Participate in and take minutes from board meetings and follow up on open items
⚫️ Support the Board of Directors in various ad hoc tasks
⚫️ Prepare and participate in General Meetings of Shareholders

⚫️ You are bilingual, i.e., fully fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
⚫️ Ability to take ownership of the executive’s agenda/schedule (manage/control the access to the executives’ calendars)
⚫️ Extremely organised with an eye for details
⚫️ Documented experience from a relevant/similar role (PA/EA)
⚫️ Strong communication skills and flair for stakeholder management
⚫️ Discretion and trustworthiness, as you have access to confidential information
⚫️ Initiative-taking and proactive
⚫️ Strong ability to work independently and structured
⚫️ Experience from a regulated sector would be an advantage
