Who are we looking for?
NNIT is looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Legal Department and for the purpose of this NNIT has retained PBO Juridisk Rekruttering to conduct this search for the right candidate on behalf of NNIT.
We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant, Personal Assistant etc. with relevant educational background combined with thorough relevant experience.
The position requires a high level of independence and individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive.
It is important you gain respect at all organizational levels and that you have excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will be offered a varied workday in a high paced environment at one of Denmark’s biggest IT service providers.
You will report directly to the Vice President for our Legal Team and you will be working closely together with the rest of the international management team.
Focus areas in your work will be related to the Board of Directors and our affiliates around the world.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Planning and coordinating Board meetings as well as committee meetings under the Board in cooperation with the Vice President for our Legal Team,
- Preparing and collecting relevant material for the Board meetings
- In cooperation with external local counsel ensure that relevant filings and changes are registered correctly with respect to our affiliates around the world
- Various administrative tasks for the Legal Vice President and the Legal Team

The legal team supports the whole global NNIT organization and the majority of all written material is in English so excellent English skills orally and in writing is a pre-requisite.
We expect you are an experienced user of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
