Financial Controller to join Baettr in Lem

Baettr is looking for a Financial Controller to support their activities in Lem.

The position will be reporting to our Finance Manager. You will be part of a finance department team comprising of 4 employees supporting our activities in the Lem factory. This in turn is a part of our Global Finance department.

Your main responsibilities:

• Month-end and Year-end closing
• Factory budget
• Regular Performance reviews
• Analysis and follow-up on margin, costs etc.
• Creating manuals.

About you

You have around 3-5 years’ experience working as an Auditor, and you now want to develop your career by moving into a growing production company. Alternatively, you may already be a financial controller and you are looking for other challenges associated with a fast-developing industry in both a local and global context. Your daily work will be supporting our factory in Lem and as we are a growing global company, there will be opportunities to work internationally and grow internally. From your previous experience, you have a good working knowledge of Danish accounting principles and laws.

Professional qualifications

• Preferably, you have an education as an HD (Accounting) or alternatively as a Cand Merc AUD.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a financial controller, auditor or similar.

• Strong analytical skills with a good business acumen.
• A structured and well organised work approach.
• A proactive and responsible thinker ready to solve problems and challenges.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures.
